FAQ is an “Email Composer” which holds the answers to the questions you are most often asked. It also holds a range of opening and closing phrases to match the tone of the enquiry, and images, maps or diagrams you may need. Simply check a button against the items you want to include in your reply,  then tap “share’.

In this video we explain how FAQ works (using the original version) and then show it being used to answer a complex customer email with a few clicks.

We often now choose to answer support emails from our iOS devices instead of our PC or Mac, as it is so much easier with FAQ. It really cuts down on the repetitive grind of typing the same information over and over, allowing us to spend our support time more effectively.
