We recommend that you use Dropbox to back up your ShotList data, or transfer it between devices, but you can also use the Files app .
Copying/ Sharing files from your device
- Select the Files app on your device
- If you are not in the “On My iPhone” folder, tap the top left button to return to the top level and select it.
- Select the “ShotList” folder, then your project folder, and look at the menu that appears
You can now “Copy” and paste the entire project somewhere else, or use “Share” from that menu to send it as an email etc.
Soluble Apps 
Could you please have the app sync with ICloud.I can not see my work on other devices.I use multiple iPads and an iPhone.Unless I’m missing something,but when start the app on another device the projects are not there.

Dropbox can used to copy projects between devices and share to other people, (https://solubleapps.com/shotlist-guide-8-dropbox/) or you can also do this, and other things, with the Files app.
But now that iCloud support has matured over the last few years, I will be looking at it again in the next month (it is complicated, as there are many parts to a project)
