Now that MailShot is on the App Store we have been receiving the occasional support email. I am very pleased to say that we have been able to help everyone out so far.
We added an illustrated walkthrough to our MailShot Support page today to help get people started, and a few more support questions and answers to the list, based on the questions asked in that first week.
